The Room to Grow difference

One builder, from the first conversation to the keys.

Builder-led, start to finish

You won't be handed to a project manager once construction begins. The builder who prices your project is the one who runs it, answers your calls and is accountable for the result.

Priced from your documents

Give us your drawings, engineering and specification and you'll get a detailed price built from them, with questions raised before you sign, not after work starts. If you're still in design, we're happy to have an early conversation.

Experience on architectural homes

Warrick is a registered Domestic Builder (Unlimited) with more than 20 years on Melbourne residential sites. He has built complex architect-designed homes in the inner suburbs on the tools as a qualified carpenter, and run them from the site office as site manager and project manager.

Even the tightest sites have room to grow

Tight access, deliveries, waste, traffic and pedestrian management, asset protection and neighbours are planned for before work starts, not sorted out on the day.

Renovation and rear extension

A weatherboard Californian bungalow, renovated throughout and extended at the rear. The family lived in the house for the whole build, so the frame and cladding went up quickly to close the building in. The Class P site called for larger stumps and mass pad footings, and a stormwater line found during excavation was repaired and built around.

“Choosing a builder is about more than comparing figures. It's about confidence that your builder will communicate openly, manage the job properly and build the design the way it was intended. I stay on your project from start to finish, because I don't believe quality can be delegated. We approach every project with the intent to give you room to grow for many years to come.”
